The crew was professional and efficient. The manager Robert followed up, ensuring that we were happy with the job. Anything I asked for was done. Our experience replacing an old gas furnace with a brand new more efficient heat pump has been a success. It was no easy feat though. They had to engineer a new pathway for the cooling system from the attic, through a wall, to then go under the house, crawling cables from one side of the house to the very other opposite side. All of that to be able to connect the exterior HVAC module to a specific side of the house, the one with enough clearing space for it to work properly. The team did it, in just a few days and we are happy with the results.
